Tough times teach you the best lessons. 🌟 This blog contains one such incident. Recently, I've been looking for a job change and applying to several organizations. 🏢 Some ignored me, and some replied and turned me down, saying, "We're not moving forward with your application." ❌ There were other incidents where I seemed worthy to the organizations and was given a coding test, but I failed most of them. 💻 I used to feel bad but later understood the gaps I needed to fill and made considerable progress. 📈 But this is not a "Failure is the steppingstone to success." blog. The challenge came when I performed well in a coding round for an organization. 🎯 I got so excited that I left all my preparation and efforts from the following day. I was so happy that I felt I was enough for what I was seeking. 😊 But this has a loophole that no one sees. 🔍 I'm attaching myself to the results (external) but not the efforts I'm putting in every day (internal). ...
